Payment

Many people who find their way here are already carrying more than their fair share. Needing support is not a failure. It’s a human response to what you’ve lived through.

My practice is private-pay, which means I don’t bill insurance. I’ve chosen this so I can offer therapy that is slower, deeper, and guided by what your nervous system needs, not by diagnostic codes, session limits, or outside approval.

Working this way also protects your privacy. Insurance companies require mental health diagnoses and treatment notes to be shared and stored. Private-pay keeps your story between you and me.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement. You can also use your HSA or FSA funds to pay for sessions.

I know this can bring up mixed feelings. Wanting help and worrying about money can exist in the same breath. We can talk about that together, too.
