Session Fees
My standard fee is $225 per 55-minute session.
EMDR intensives are priced separately based on length and structure.
We can talk through options during your consultation and find a format that aligns with what you’re looking for.
Insurance & Payment
I am a private-pay provider and do not bill insurance directly.
This allows for:
greater privacy and confidentiality
more flexibility in how we work
the ability to focus on depth rather than diagnosis or session limits
For many clients, this creates a more personalized and effective therapy experience.
Out-of-Network Benefits
Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
You may want to ask your provider:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What percentage is reimbursed?
Is there a deductible?
HSA / FSA
You can use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for sessions.
A Note About This Work
This work is designed for people who are ready for something deeper than surface-level change — especially if previous therapy hasn’t fully shifted what’s been keeping you stuck.
Many of the people I work with have already spent years trying to understand themselves and create change.
This approach is different in that it focuses on helping those patterns actually begin to shift — not just make sense.
You don’t have to commit to anything right away.
A consultation is simply a place to talk through what you’re looking for and see if this feels like the right fit.
