  • talk through what’s been feeling difficult or stuck

  • explore what you’ve already tried

  • discuss how I work and whether this approach fits what you’re looking for

It’s not a commitment to begin therapy.

It’s simply a place to get a sense of whether this feels like the right direction.

What This Is Not

This is not a full therapy session or a deep dive into your entire history.

You don’t need to prepare anything or have everything figured out.

You can come as you are. Even if what you’re feeling is unclear, hard to explain, or still forming.

What We Can Talk About

Many people use this time to ask about:

  • how EMDR therapy works

  • whether this approach fits their situation

  • scheduling and availability

  • the difference between weekly sessions and intensives

How This Work Is Different

This work is designed for people who are ready for something deeper than surface-level change, especially if previous therapy hasn’t fully shifted what’s been keeping you stuck.

We can talk through whether that feels relevant for you.

  • If it feels like a good fit, we can talk about next steps

  • If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to take time to think about it

  • If it’s not the right fit, that’s okay too

There is no pressure to decide in the moment.
