Schedule a Free Consultation — A Simple Place to Start

You don’t have to be ready.
You just have to be willing to start a conversation.

Reaching out can feel like a big step.

You may be unsure what to say.

You may not know exactly what you need yet.

You may just know something isn’t working the way you want it to.

That’s enough.

You don’t need to have the right words — just a starting point.

What This Is

A consultation is a brief, virtual conversation where we can:

  • talk through what’s been feeling difficult or stuck

  • explore what you’ve already tried

  • discuss how I work and whether this approach fits what you’re looking for

It’s not a commitment to begin therapy.

It’s simply a place to get a sense of whether this feels like the right direction.

Most people leave with more clarity than they came in with — even from a short conversation.

What This Is Not

This is not a full therapy session or a deep dive into your entire history.

You don’t need to prepare anything or have it all figured out.

You can come as you are. Even if what you’re feeling is unclear, hard to explain, or still forming.

We’ll keep it at a pace that feels manageable.

In the background, a person in a fuzzy, cream-colored cardigan and white shirt is sitting on a sofa, holding an open book in one hand and a white mug in the other. The room is bright with natural light coming through a window, and there is a green plant on a small black table beside the sofa.

What We Can Talk About

You can bring whatever feels most relevant — or just start wherever you are.

Many people use this time to ask about:

  • how EMDR therapy works

  • whether this approach fits their situation

  • scheduling and availability

  • the difference between weekly sessions and intensives

You’re also welcome to ask about fees, insurance, or logistics.

If you prefer, you can read more about how that works here:

How This Work Is Different

Many of the people who reach out have already done therapy — and are still feeling stuck.

They’ve put in effort.

They’ve gained insight.

They’ve tried to make changes.

And yet, something still isn’t shifting.

This work is for people who are ready for something deeper than insight alone.

We can talk through whether that feels relevant for you.

What Happens Next

At the end of the consultation:

  • If it feels like a good fit, we can talk about next steps

  • If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to take time to think about it

  • If it’s not the right fit, that’s okay too

There is no pressure to decide in the moment. You don’t have to decide anything on the call.
